Refund & Returns Policy

We’re a small, family-run business, and every Orbitz board is designed, made, and packed with care. We want you to love your purchase and enjoy many game nights with it.

Because each order is produced in small batches and profits support our ministry work, all sales are final.

All Sales Final

  • We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:
    • Change of mind
    • Ordering the wrong item or quantity
    • General wear and tear from use

Please double-check your order (boards, quantities, and shipping address) before completing checkout.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged in shipping or with a clear defect, we absolutely want to know about it and make it right.

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include:
    • Your name and order number
    • Photos of the packaging and the damaged/defective item
    • A short description of the issue

Once we review the situation, we may, at our discretion:

  • Offer a replacement part or product, or
  • Provide another reasonable solution

We cannot guarantee replacements for items reported outside the 7-day window.

Custom / Engraved Items

Any custom or engraved items (such as personalized “Founder” boards or special messages) are made specifically for you and are not returnable or refundable under any circumstances, except in the case of damage or a mistake on our end.
